Visitors should request gate access/parking at LBNL prior to arrival. Due to heightened security measures at the laboratory, please make sure that you contact Eric Essman (epessman(at)lbl.gov) to obtain gate access/parking. Guest House residents will receive parking and/or shuttle passes from the Guest House at the time of their reservation.

The Bay Area is served by BART (trains). The trains can be taken from SFO Airport. From there, you may reach the campus or your hotel by Bayporter.

Flying into Oakland Airport? - Take the airbus, then BART to downtown Berkeley.  At Center Street and Shattuck, you can board the LBNL shuttle.
